The organisation is undertaking an organisational transformation programme involving a review of its organisational structure, operating model, roles and responsibilities, employment arrangements and ways of working. Summary job description Blue Ventures Conservation is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser / Legal Consultancy Firm to provide independent, practical and timely legal advice throughout the design and early implementation of the organisational transformation programme. The assignment will have a particular focus on Malagasy employment and labour law, organisational restructuring, employee consultation, redundancy and termination, employee relations and legal risk management, together with related governance, regulatory, contractual and dispute-management matters.
