The role requires strong expertise in development finance and partnership development, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Advanced university degree in relevant fields At least 10 years of experience in development finance Experience in designing multistakeholder financing mechanisms Strong skills in partnership development and resource mobilization Fluency in English
