L’archiviste est chargé(e) de la gestion, du classement et de l’organisation des archives financières physiques et électroniques à Kinshasa. Il/elle réceptionne les documents provenant des bases/zones, les classe selon les procédures ACTED, assure l’inventaire et participe à la numérisation des dossiers. Il/elle signale toute non-conformité au département Finance afin de permettre leur régularisation.
