Pact recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de Renforcement des Capacités expérimenté(e) pour appuyer le projet Madini Safi — une initiative de 4,5 ans financée par le USDOL visant à lutter contre le travail des enfants et le travail forcé dans les chaînes d'approvisionnement en minéraux critiques (cobalt, cuivre et métaux 3T) en RDC. Le/La titulaire du poste dirigera la conception et la mise en œuvre des stratégies de développement des capacités des partenaires locaux, réalisera des évaluations organisationnelles, facilitera des formations et des activités de coaching, et appuiera la collecte et la communication des données SEA/MEL. Le poste est basé à Kolwezi et le projet est mis en œuvre dans les provinces du Lualaba, du Haut-Katanga et du Nord-Kivu, en partenariat avec quatre autres organisations.
