The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring guests receive excellent service. They manage all departments, supervise staff, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly and profitably. The role includes handling budgets, improving revenue, maintaining service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager also leads and motivates the team to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.
