The Recruitment Assistant at UNDP's Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC) supports the recruitment process for Country Offices, ensuring compliance with UN/UNDP regulations. This role involves administrative tasks such as reviewing recruitment strategies, screening applicants, and managing candidate communications. The assistant also contributes to knowledge management and training initiatives within the recruitment team. The position requires a collaborative approach to client service and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. Secondary education or university degree in relevant fields 5 years of HR/admin experience (2 years with degree) Advanced MS Office skills Proficiency in collaboration tools and digital platforms Experience with cloud-based management systems Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus
