A growing fintech company is seeking an experienced Accountant to support its finance operations, reporting, treasury and settlement activities. Location: Accra Salary: GHS 10,000 – GHS 18,000 NET, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate financial and management reports. Manage and review general ledger activities and account reconciliations. Monitor receivables and payables, including ageing reports. Support payment processing, approvals and financial controls. Handle treasury activities and reconciliations involving multiple banks, partners and settlement counterparties. Support month-end closing and ensure financial records are accurate and complete. Work effectively with ERP/accounting systems and large financial datasets. Requirements First Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Minimum of final-stage professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, CIMA or equivalent. Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, AP/AR and reconciliations. Treasury experience is required. Advanced Excel skills. Practical experience using ERP/accounting systems; QuickBooks experience is an advantage. Experience in fintech, telecommunications, mobile money or payment settlement operations will be an added advantage.
