Summary

To strengthen our growing operations in Kano, NutriK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our Production Department.

Overall Mission

General objective:

The Industrial Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing industrial projects from concept through completion.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Plan, manage, and deliver industrial projects (factory installations, upgrades, expansions, and process improvements)

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in alignment with NutriK’s strategic goals

Coordinate internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and consultants

Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and quality standards

Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies

Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization

Support commissioning, handover, and post‑project evaluation

Carry out any additional relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required Skills

Education Degree – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields).

Work experience – Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects

Language skills – English.

Proven experience in factory construction, equipment installation, or production line projects

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams

Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in Nigeria

PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage

Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook

Other required skills:

Ability to establish relationship with Stakeholder and solve issues

Rigor and commendable work methods,

Ability to analyze and synthesize,

Goal oriented and achieving

Confidence.
