 Responsibilties: 

 Visit and engage businesses in your territory
 Pitch LedgerLite's bookkeeping services
 Identify and convert prospects to clients

 Maintain daily sales activity reports
 Conduct consistent follow-ups
 

 

 Requirements: 

 A minimum of an OND.
 A minimum of 1 year in sales, marketing and customer acquisition.
 Strong communicator

 Motivated by performance rewards
 Comfortable with targets & accountability
 Confident speaking with business owners
 Comfortable with daily field sales
 Self-driven and disciplined
 

 
 

 Daily Sales Expectation: 

 10 business engagements per day
 50 business engagements per week
 

 

 Growth Opportunities: 

 High-performing agents in our 3-month performance period will be considered for higher commission rates as you scale your portfolio, team leadership opportunities as the sales team grows and expanded responsibilities and senior sales roles
