We collaborate with a diverse range of partners, including international organizations (UNDP, UNICEF, IOM, World Bank, Expertise France), international cooperations (AFD, GIG), NGOs and associations (WWF, Amnesty International, Red Cross, WCS), foundations (FAP BM, Foundation Maroon), and socially responsible businesses. Central to every initiative is the Sango Community—a global network of freelance creatives who align with our values, infusing each project with richness and purpose. In this role, in addition to project management, you will be responsible for overseeing client project progress.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from responding to tenders to conducting post-campaign evaluations, making this a cross-functional role ideal for those who enjoy managing projects from start to finish. Commercial development responsibilities include preparing technical and financial bids for tenders and expressions of interest, as well as handling all necessary administrative documentation, alongside identifying new prospects in collaboration with project management teams. Operational management duties involve developing project timelines, tracking key deadlines, assisting in drafting briefs for the Sango Community, coordinating both internal and external resources, and supporting quality control of deliverables. Additionally, you will organize and document meetings, maintain project-related administrative records—such as contracts, quotes, and invoices—and address ad-hoc client inquiries.
