Responsabilités
The primary responsibilities involve overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Delivering accurate and insightful reports to senior management to guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities in alignment with Group standards. Key duties include coordinating budgetary planning and projections, developing and submitting the annual budget and periodic reforecasts, aggregating and analyzing budgetary inputs from various departments, ensuring alignment between resources, budget assumptions, and performance targets, and consolidating and evaluating financial forecasts. Additionally, the role entails driving financial performance management by monitoring and interpreting financial and operational KPIs, analyzing variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, assessing the profitability of activities, projects, and operational sites, identifying optimization levers, and proposing corrective measures. The position also requires conducting thorough financial analysis, ensuring data integrity and reliability, supervising reconciliations and analytical reviews by accounting teams, documenting and explaining material variances to stakeholders, and maintaining the accuracy of financial information. Financial reporting and communication responsibilities include producing periodic financial reports in compliance with Group deadlines and standards, preparing financial analyses and presentations for executive committees and the Group, enhancing reporting tools and methodologies, and ensuring the quality and dependability of financial disclosures while addressing stakeholder inquiries. Strategic analysis and project support involve conducting ad hoc financial analyses at the request of senior leadership, evaluating the financial viability and return on investment of projects, supporting transformation, improvement, and digitalization initiatives, participating in audits and monitoring recommendations, and coordinating financial aspects of strategic projects. Team leadership duties encompass recruiting, mentoring, and developing the FP&A team, enhancing financial acumen across teams, including non-financial personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and standardization, optimizing financial processes, tools, and methodologies, and promoting automation and digitalization to elevate the effectiveness and quality of financial analyses.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of FP&A, management control, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in IFRS standards, financial closing processes, financial planning, and management control is essential, along with expertise in ERP systems, financial tools, and advanced Excel skills.
