Responsabilités
Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while delivering reliable analyses and relevant reports to senior management to guide strategic decisions and optimize key drivers in alignment with Group standards. Key duties encompass coordinating the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing financial data from various departments, ensuring alignment between resources, budget assumptions, and performance targets, as well as consolidating and evaluating financial forecasts.
Additionally, the role involves managing financial control and performance by monitoring and analyzing financial and operational KPIs, assessing variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, evaluating the profitability of business activities, projects, and operational sites, identifying optimization levers, proposing corrective measures, and alerting leadership to significant deviations and their implications.
Financial analysis and data integrity responsibilities include examining income statement variances and key balance sheet items, validating the consistency, integrity, and accuracy of financial and analytical data, supervising reconciliations and analyzes conducted by accounting teams, documenting and justifying material variances with stakeholders, and ensuring the reliability of all financial reporting.

The position also requires producing periodic financial reports in compliance with Group deadlines and standards, preparing financial analyses and presentations for executive committees and the broader Group, enhancing reporting tools and methodologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of financial reports, and responding to ad hoc financial analysis requests from key stakeholders.
Strategic analysis and project support duties include conducting special financial analyzes at management’s request, assessing the financial viability and profitability of investment projects, supporting transformation, improvement, and digitalization initiatives, participating in audits and tracking recommendations, and ensuring financial coordination across strategic projects.
Team leadership and development responsibilities entail recruiting, mentoring, and developing the FP&A team, strengthening financial competencies across teams—including non-financial staff—fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and standardization, optimizing financial processes, tools, and methodologies, and promoting automation and digitalization to enhance the effectiveness and quality of financial analyses.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or equivalent, at least five years of FP&A or management control experience, proficiency in IFRS standards, financial closing processes, financial planning, and management control, experience with ERP systems and financial tools, advanced Excel skills, proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance dashboards, strong financial analysis capabilities—including variance analysis, income statements, balance sheets, and activity profitability—ability
