Il s’agit en particulier de : ● Faire les vérifications pré et post-production ● Opérer et surveiller l’unité de traitement d’eau ● Assurer le rôle de support à l’équipe de production dans l’accomplissement de leurs tâches : faciliter l’accès aux outillages et équipements de production et à l’eau courante ● Relever et enregistrer les paramètres de contrôle du système de traitement d’eau ● Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité et d’hygiène ● Reporter quotidiennement à son supérieur direct
- Assurer la maintenance de l’unité de traitement d’eau et des installations de support Le technicien sera chargé de : ● Effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive de l’unité de traitement d’eau ● Suivre et respecter les plans de maintenance validés et les procédures opérationnelles standards. ● Diagnostiquer les pannes et analyser les dysfonctionnements pour ensuite proposer des solutions puis les appliquer si elles sont validées. ● Procéder à la maintenance curative pour rétablir le bon fonctionnement des équipements en cas de panne ● Optimiser les outils de production ● Assurer le suivi quotidien du bon fonctionnement du groupe électrogène, stabilisateur, ATS et système backup ● Garantir le nettoyage et la propreté des outils, des équipements, des réservoirs et de la salle de traitement et de stockage.
- Entretenir le système de conduite d’eau Pour accomplir cette tâche, le technicien sera amené à  : ● Effectuer des maintenances préventives : nettoyage et désinfection des conduites d’eau, débouchage des canaux d’évacuation ● Identifier les solutions techniques d’amélioration des conduites d’eau ● Procéder à la maintenance curative : réparer les fuites, remplacer les parties défectueuses.
