UNFPA recrute un Programme Management & Oversight Specialist pour la région WCARO, basé à Dakar, au Sénégal. Ce poste de niveau P4 s'adresse à un professionnel capable d'assurer une gestion efficace des ressources et la qualité des programmes dans la région.
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de la planification stratégique, de la supervision et de la conformité afin d'améliorer la performance et la résilience des programmes. Il devra suivre la performance des programmes, coordonner les évaluations et veiller à l'alignement avec les plans stratégiques nationaux et ceux de l'UNFPA.
La fonction exige également un engagement proactif auprès des bureaux de pays pour fournir des orientations techniques et un appui au développement de stratégies programmatiques adaptatives et tournées vers l'avenir.

Diplôme universitaire avancé dans un domaine pertinent. Sept années d'expérience professionnelle dans le travail de développement, dont cinq au niveau international. Connaissance en matière de population, de santé sexuelle et reproductive et de programmation genre. Expérience en prospective stratégique et en analyse systémique. Solides compétences en communication en anglais et en français. Expérience de terrain exigée. Maîtrise des outils de visualisation et de gestion de données. Capacité à gérer efficacement des tâches multiples. Sensibilité culturelle et compétences interpersonnelles.
