The World Food Programme is seeking a Programme Policy Officer for Cooperating Partners Management based in Dakar, Senegal. This role involves providing technical guidance and support to Country Offices in partnership management, assurance, and capacity strengthening. The officer will ensure compliance with WFP corporate policies while addressing operational challenges in diverse contexts. The position requires collaboration with regional hubs and headquarters to enhance program quality and accountability. Master’s degree in relevant field At least three years of professional experience in development or humanitarian contexts Experience in operational partnership considerations Experience engaging with cross-functional teams Proven ability to facilitate workshops and training Strong understanding of social, cultural, and political contexts in WACARO and LACRO Fluent in English and French Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
