Main missions:

• Record and control accounting transactions;
• Ensure general and analytical accounting;
• Track accounts receivables and suppliers, prepare invoices and monitor payments;
• Carry out bank reconciliations and track cash flow;
• Prepare tax and social declarations as well as financial statements;
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets;
• Controlling project and event expenses;
• Track team advances, expenses and supporting documents;
• Ensure the archiving and filing of accounting documents;
• Prepare the necessary elements for closings and audits;

Candidate profile

• Collaborate with the various departments to ensure good financial management. Profile sought:
• Bac+3 or Bac+4 in accounting, finance or similar field;

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience;
• Good command of general accounting, analytical and Guinean taxation;
• Control of bank reconciliations, treasury and budget monitoring;

Other information

• Good command of Excel and accounting software (Sage, Odoo or other);
• Rigor, organization, discretion and respect for deadlines;
• Experience in an SME or agency is an asset.
