Description SUNU BUSINESS BENIN Recrute un Assistant Marketing & Digital (F/H) SUNU BUSINESS Bénin est la société du groupe SUNU en charge de la gestion des projets de digitalisation de la production des services d’assurances dans une perspective d’amélioration de la Relation client. Missions Définit la segmentation clientèle et la politique marketing pour les sociétés du pays ; Assure le suivi des indicateurs de performance des produits en portefeuille ; Identifie les opportunités, planifie le développement et coordonne la mise en place de nouveaux produits (corporate – bancassurance – micro-assurance – individuel) ; Établit mensuellement la visée du chiffre d’affaires (par type de produit) ; Analyse la performance et identifie des actions correctives ; Définit les politiques et stratégies d’accroissement de la valeur client (up selling – cross selling etc…) par segment ; Conçoit, anime et pilote les différentes campagnes marketing ; Définit un plan pour assurer un bon positionnement digital ; Pilote la veille stratégique et technologique du pays ; Accompagne la veille commerciale avec les lignes de business ; Joue un rôle de conseil vis-à-vis de sa hiérarchie et des managers des filiales ; Pilote la veille stratégique des filiales et suit les rentrées des actions marketing.Lieu de travail Cotonou (République du Bénin).
