UN Women Mali is seeking qualified staff with strong skills for the position of Executive Associate. Reporting to the Resident Representative, the Executive Partner is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support while maintaining complete confidentiality in all aspects of the assignment and works closely with the management and staff of the Mali office to manage the flow of information and ensure timely and comprehensive dissemination of information. Task description: Provide executive support to UN Women Mali Resident Representative:

• Manage the Resident Representative’s calendar in the management of her agenda by organizing appointments and meetings;

Other information

• Organize travel, hotel accommodation and other logistical aspects of the Resident Representative;
• Maintain the list of office
