Chef de projet fonctionnel — Bénin Digital
Bénin Digital, ESN spécialisée en digitalisation des processus métiers, recrute un Chef de projet fonctionnel pour piloter les chantiers DIS/SRE dans le cadre du programme.

Le titulaire du poste recueille et analyse les besoins, puis rédige les cahiers des charges. Il structure le projet en définissant le backlog, les user stories et les workflows, en coordination avec l'architecture globale. Il facilite les échanges entre les métiers, le projet technique et la sécurité. Il définit et pilote les stratégies de recette, et valide les mises en production.
Formation et accompagnement
Il accompagne le changement et conçoit les supports de formation. Il assure le suivi des livrables et la mise à jour des indicateurs.
Compétences exigées
