Filiale logistique du groupe MSC, l’entreprise déploie une offre intégrée pour l’ensemble des opérations de la chaîne d’approvisionnement mondiale. Présente dans 70 pays et traitant plus de 12 millions de TEU par an, MEDLOG figure parmi les plus grands prestataires mondiaux de transport terrestre et de logistique, grâce à l’étendue géographique de ses services.
Localisation : Lagos, Nigeria.
Type de contrat : Temps plein.
Responsabilités principales : supervision des opérations, coordination transversale entre les fonctions, communication avec les clients et suivi de la performance.

** le candidat doit être titulaire d’une licence en logistique, gestion du transport, ingénierie ou dans une discipline connexe. Une certification professionnelle en supply chain ou en logistique constitue un atout supplémentaire. Une expérience pertinente de 2 à 5 ans est requise, de préférence acquise au sein d’une organisation de transport et de logistique. La maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de Power BI est attendue, ainsi qu’une connaissance des outils d’analyse métier.
Compétences comportementales et relationnelles : solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ; excellente communication et aptitude à gérer les parties prenantes ; grand souci du détail et de l’exactitude ; capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement opérationnel 24h/24 et 7j/7 ; bon sens de la décision avec une supervision minimale ; esprit d’équipe avec de réelles aptitudes à la coordination et un potentiel de leadership ; bonnes compétences numériques et forte organisation ; état d’esprit tourné vers l’amélioration continue.
