Job Summary Auto bridge Ghana is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales for our direct-from-USA vehicle deals.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services Follow up on leads and convert them into sales Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly Maintain and update customer records in the system Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build and maintain good customer relationships Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively Provide after-sales support when necessary Requirements Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Good command of English (local languages are a plus) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer and phone handling skills Positive attitude and strong persuasion skills What We Offer Competitive salary + commission structure Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing automotive brand Supportive and energetic work environment Training and development opportunities
