Nuffield Clinic is a specialized healthcare facility focused on orthopedic, rheumatologic, and physiotherapy care. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Managing insurance claims, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
Conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings.
Maintaining proper financial records and documentation.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Implementing and maintaining strong internal controls.
Liaising with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing accounting functions.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in payroll management.
Experience handling insurance claims and reconciliations.
Prior experience in a healthcare facility is an added advantage.
Professional certification (e.g., Associate or Full Member of a recognized accounting body) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
