Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting showroom operations in an electronic retail environment. The role focuses on customer engagement, product demonstration, sales conversion, and maintaining an attractive showroom while achieving defined sales and performance targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly and professionally 

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products 

Build trust by clearly explaining product features and benefits
