DIRECTOR SÛRETÉ (H/F) On behalf of our client, a major player in the road transport and logistics sector, we are recruiting a Security Director. Under the supervision of the General Management, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and supervising the company’s safety and security policy. You will aim to ensure the protection of people, property, facilities and sensitive information, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Safety definition and organization Participate in the definition of safety and security policy in collaboration with the Directorate and the QHSE service; Define and implement safety protocols and guidelines; Mobilize the necessary teams and resources to monitor sites and facilities; Supervise security interventions carried out internally or by external providers; Participate in the selection and monitoring of security providers. Oversee the reception, orientation and control of visitors; Ensure proper handrails and access controls; Ensure the prevention and safety of persons and property; Ensure the maintenance of order and compliance with safety instructions; Control the operation of safety devices and installations; Perform quality controls and propose corrective actions. You will also be responsible for: Overseeing and coordinating all teams of security officers; Participate in recruitment, training and integration of agents; Develop and optimize work schedules and schedules; Identify human resource and training needs; Ensure compliance with labour regulations; Prevent and manage conflicts in order to maintain a good working environment; Ensure monitoring and evaluation of employees. PILOTAGE & REPORTING Develop and transmit to the General Management safety and security reports; Implement and monitor KPIs and performance indicators; Monitor the effectiveness of safety devices; Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective measures.
