Youth Sport & Education recrute un(e) Chargé(e) administration et finance à temps partiel pour son site d'Abomey-Calavi (Zopah), au Bénin.
Le contrat est à temps partiel, pour une durée estimative de 200 jours. La prise de fonction est prévue le 1er octobre 2026 et les candidatures sont ouvertes jusqu'au 15 septembre 2026 à 23h59 (GMT+1).
Votre mission
Sous la supervision de la Direction Administrative et Financière, vous contribuerez à la bonne gestion administrative, financière et documentaire de l'organisation.
Responsabilités
Vous assurez le classement physique et numérique des documents et participez à la gestion administrative courante. Vous effectuez la préparation et l'archivage des pièces comptables, et contribuez au suivi budgétaire et financier. Vous appuyez également la préparation des rapports administratifs et financiers et soutenez l'organisation logistique des activités de l'organisation.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+2 ou Bac+3 en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou administration. Une expérience en gestion administrative ou comptable constitue un atout.
Compétences attendues
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, particulièrement Excel, et disposez de connaissances de base en comptabilité. Vous faites preuve de capacité rédactionnelle, de sens de l'organisation et de rigueur, ainsi que de respect de la confidentialité.
