KEDA CAMEROON CERAMICS LTD (TWYFORD) recrute un Superviseur Marketing pour renforcer son équipe à Douala, au Cameroun.

Le titulaire du poste aura pour responsabilités de superviser et contrôler les activités marketing et opérationnelles. Il devra encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe, tout en assurant le suivi des projets, des performances et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
Il accompagnera également les clients dans l'utilisation des applications et services digitaux, identifiera et résoudra les problèmes clients, collectera et analysera les données afin de préparer les reportings. Il participera aux campagnes marketing et aux activités E-business, et supervisera la gestion des cadeaux, des supports promotionnels ainsi que les opérations logistiques.

Le candidat idéal est titulaire d'un Bac+3 minimum en Marketing, Commerce, Communication, Gestion, Management ou dans un domaine similaire. Il justifie d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en marketing, supervision d'équipe, digital, service client ou gestion de projets.
Une maîtrise des outils digitaux et d'Excel est requise. Une expérience en management ou en supervision d'équipe est souhaitée. Le poste exige un excellent sens de l'organisation, du leadership et de l'analyse, une orientation résultats ainsi qu'un fort sens du service client. D'excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination sont indispensables, tout comme le dynamisme, la rigueur, l'adaptabilité et l'esprit d'équipe.
Formation et expérience
Niveau d'expérience : intermédiaire. Années d'expérience professionnelle : entre 3 et 5 ans. Niveau d'études minimum : licence (Bachelor's Degree).
