Expérience
The Investment Specialist at UNCDF in Accra, Ghana, will lead the technical implementation of investment readiness and pipeline development activities for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This role involves supporting MSMEs and financial institutions to become investment-ready and access appropriate financing solutions. The specialist will engage with various stakeholders, facilitate partnerships, and coordinate technical assistance to enhance the financial capabilities of targeted enterprises. The position requires a strong background in development finance and experience in MSME finance. Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or development finance Experience in MSME finance and investment readiness Familiarity with Ghana's financial ecosystem Fluency in English
