[PROFIL — FORMATION]
- Bac+2 / Bac+3 minimum en Banque, Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion, Commerce, Économie, Marketing ou domaine connexe
- Une formation complémentaire en microfinance, gestion des risques ou analyse de crédit constitue un atout
[PROFIL — EXPÉRIENCE]
- 2 ans minimum dans le secteur bancaire, la microfinance, le crédit, la gestion de portefeuille ou la relation clientèle
- Une expérience en développement commercial, mobilisation de l'épargne ou gestion des crédits est un avantage
