Le Financial Advisor rencontre les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins, analyse leur situation financière et recommande des produits d'assurance et d'investissement adaptés. Au quotidien, il prépare et présente des plans financiers, assure le suivi des prospects, entretient la relation client et garantit un service et un accompagnement continus.
Le rôle implique également de sensibiliser les clients à la gestion des risques, à l'épargne, à la planification de la retraite et à la création de patrimoine, tout en tenant des dossiers précis et en respectant l'ensemble des réglementations et des directives de l'entreprise. Le Financial Advisor collabore avec ses collègues pour atteindre les objectifs de vente, contribue aux actions de proximité sur le marché local et incarne les standards d'intégrité et de service client d'ICEA LION Group.

Le candidat doit posséder de solides compétences en conseil financier, notamment en évaluation des besoins clients, en recommandation de produits et en planification financière de base. Il doit être à l'aise avec les techniques de vente, de négociation et de gestion de la relation client afin de constituer et de développer un portefeuille.
D'excellentes capacités de communication et de présentation sont attendues, avec l'aptitude à expliquer clairement et avec assurance des concepts financiers. Le poste requiert également de bonnes compétences analytiques et numériques, incluant la capacité d'interpréter des données financières et de préparer des rapports clients.
Un haut niveau d'intégrité, de professionnalisme et d'orientation client, en phase avec les valeurs d'ICEA LION Group, est indispensable. Le candidat doit pouvoir travailler en présentiel à Machakos, gérer efficacement son temps et atteindre ses objectifs de performance avec une supervision minimale.
Une formation académique en finance, commerce, économie ou dans un domaine connexe est attendue ; les certifications professionnelles en assurance ou en services financiers constituent un atout supplémentaire. Une expérience préalable dans les services financiers, l'assurance ou la banque est préférée, sans être strictement exigée pour des candidats très motivés et dotés d'un fort potentiel.
