Ayaz Properties Limited recherche un Customer Relations Officer orienté résultats, capable de prendre en charge la relation client et le recouvrement des comptes.
Vos missions :
Vous construisez et entretenez des relations solides avec les clients. Vous pilotez le recouvrement dans les délais des soldes clients impayés et effectuez des relances quotidiennes sur les comptes échus et en retard. Vous traitez et résolvez les requêtes et réclamations des clients de manière professionnelle, assurez le suivi des engagements de paiement et des documents clients, et tenez à jour des dossiers clients précis. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Ventes, Finance, Juridique et Direction pour résoudre les dossiers clients, et préparez des rapports réguliers sur la performance client et le recouvrement. Vous contribuez également à la fidélisation des clients, aux recommandations et aux affaires récurrentes.

Diplôme ou licence en administration des affaires, ventes, marketing, relations clients, immobilier ou dans un domaine connexe. Une expérience en immobilier, relations clients et recouvrement constitue un atout supplémentaire.

Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et suivi. Solides compétences en service client et en gestion de la relation client. Profil orienté résultats, organisé et capable d'atteindre des objectifs de recouvrement. Professionnel, confiant et persévérant dans la gestion des clients et des comptes en retard.
