About the Role As a Zone/Duka Supervisor, you are directly responsible for sales in your retail zone. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers/farmers and help shape the future of businesses across all channels and use technology to connect with customers/farmers. You will develop an execution strategy for your assigned market and work both individually, and with your Sales team and to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new customer/farmer opportunities Responsibilities Achieve sales, repayment, and impact targets for your zone.
