Critères de sélection : Pour être éligible, le candidat doit :
Être titulaire d'une carte d'identité nationale ; être âgé de 18 à 34 ans ; accepter de suivre la formation dans l'un des instituts listés ; savoir lire et écrire en kiswahili et/ou en anglais ; s'engager à assister à toutes les séances de formation, y compris le stage en entreprise dans sa ville de résidence ; relever de l'une des trois catégories (Skiller, Apprenti, Propriétaire d'entreprise) ; être résident de la circonscription de Mathioya.
