trier et classer le linge sale conformément aux procédures de l'hôpital ; utiliser les machines à laver, séchoirs, machines à repasser et autres équipements de blanchisserie en toute sécurité et efficacité ; assurer la manipulation correcte du linge contaminé et infectieux conformément aux directives de prévention et de contrôle des infections (IPC) ; laver, sécher, plier et distribuer le linge dans les délais requis ; surveiller les équipements et signaler toute panne ou problème de maintenance ; tenir des registres précis du linge reçu et livré ; respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité et protocoles de prévention des infections ; collaborer étroitement avec les autres services pour garantir un approvisionnement adéquat en linge propre.
Qualifications requises : certificat en opérations de blanchisserie, housekeeping, hôtellerie ou domaine connexe ; minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un service de blanchisserie hospitalier ; connaissance des pratiques de prévention et de contrôle des infections (IPC) ; capacité à utiliser des équipements de blanchisserie industrielle ; bonne compréhension des procédures de gestion du linge ; capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.
Qualifications préférées : expérience dans la manipulation de linge très souillé et infectieux ; connaissance des pratiques d'amélioration de la qualité et de maîtrise des coûts.
