The company delivers customised furniture, interior fit-out and related project solutions for homes, offices, apartments, hotels and other facilities. Role Overview The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead business development and marketing activities for the company’s furniture, joinery and interior solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the client base, achieving revenue targets and strengthening the company’s presence in residential, corporate, hospitality and institutional markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, corporate clients and other decision-makers. Lead, coach and monitor the sales and marketing team against agreed targets. Prepare sales plans, budgets, pipelines and revenue forecasts. Meet prospective clients, assess their needs and coordinate appropriate proposals and presentations. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts within approved guidelines. Track enquiries, proposals, conversions and sales performance and report regularly to management. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across appropriate online and offline channels. Coordinate with design, production and project teams to ensure commitments to clients are realistic and fulfilled. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, referrals and market share. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, including responsibility for achieving targets. Experience selling furniture, joinery, interior design, construction, real estate or other project-based solutions is preferred. Proven record of generating leads, winning new business and growing revenue. Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and business-development skills. Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities. Commercially minded, results-oriented and able to make sound decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant customer relationship management or sales tools.
