Brookside Limited, acteur majeur du secteur Manufacturing & Warehousing, recherche un Senior Engineer pour renforcer son équipe en Ouganda. Ce poste à temps plein est une opportunité pour un professionnel expérimenté, désireux de piloter l'excellence technique et d'encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs.
En tant que Senior Engineer, vous serez responsable de la supervision des autres ingénieurs du département, du mentorat et du respect des procédures opératoires standard (SOP) conformément aux directives et dispositions convenues. Vous interviendrez également sur le diagnostic et la résolution de problèmes techniques, la gestion du personnel technique et l'allocation des tâches, le suivi des performances des équipements et la mise en œuvre des plans de maintenance préventive, le suivi des dépenses de maintenance et l'optimisation des coûts, le reporting de l'avancement de la maintenance, la gestion du budget technique, ainsi que le développement d'objectifs et d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour l'équipe technique. Vous pourrez être amené à effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par votre supérieur immédiat.
Le candidat idéal justifie d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor et d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire, de préférence en milieu industriel. Une expérience de niveau senior est requise. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h, à temps plein.
La rémunération proposée est inférieure à 300 000 USh (négociable).
