L'Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), une organisation non gouvernementale de premier plan, recrute un(e) National Teleradiology Data Analysis Officer pour son Centre mondial de services partagés (GSSC). Ce poste, à durée déterminée d'un an renouvelable, est ouvert aux candidats qualifiés.
Sous la supervision administrative du coordinateur principal en radiologie et la supervision technique de l'analyste de données en informatique de la santé migratoire, et en collaboration avec l'équipe de téléraliologie, les unités concernées du GSSC et les missions sur le terrain, le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la coordination des fonctions de reporting des données de téléraliologie au sein du Centre mondial de téléraliologie et de contrôle qualité de l'OIM.
Qualifications et
s :
Un master ou diplôme équivalent ou supérieur en biostatistique, recherche en santé publique, épidémiologie ou domaine connexe d'une institution académique accréditée, ou une licence universitaire dans ces domaines avec au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en gestion de données et recherche en santé. Les universités accréditées sont celles répertoriées dans la base de données mondiale de l'enseignement supérieur de l'UNESCO.
Expérience professionnelle pertinente en gestion de données de santé, analyse de données, assurance qualité, utilisation de bases de données et d'applications logicielles. Expérience et connaissances dans la mise en œuvre et l'utilisation d'outils de visualisation de données tels que Power BI. Une expérience et des connaissances dans le domaine de la santé migratoire, des évaluations de santé de dépistage et de la recherche en santé publique constituent un atout. Une expérience avec les systèmes de données de radiologie numérique et de téléraliologie est également un atout.
Compétences :
La connaissance et la maîtrise d'un logiciel statistique tel que STATA ou R sont obligatoires. Capacité démontrée à analyser et interpréter des données, à détecter des tendances et des schémas significatifs, et à communiquer les résultats. Maîtrise de l'environnement Microsoft Office, y compris une utilisation intensive d'Excel, Word, PowerPoint, et aptitude à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels et outils de reporting de projet. Compétences avancées en analyse et en pensée critique.
