Le PNUD Niger recrute un Analyste en Suivi et Évaluation pour piloter le système de gestion axée sur les résultats (RBM) du portefeuille et assurer la qualité du rapportage dans les régions de Tillabéri, Tahoua et Agadez. Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de l'élaboration de plans de suivi et d'évaluation, de la gestion des risques, ainsi que de la production de rapports destinés aux organes de gouvernance et aux bailleurs. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec divers partenaires et contribuera à la capitalisation des connaissances et à la formulation de nouvelles initiatives. Ce rôle est essentiel pour renforcer la cohésion sociale et améliorer l'accès aux services publics dans un contexte de fragilité. Diplôme universitaire supérieur en sciences sociales ou domaine pertinent Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en suivi-évaluation Expérience dans la gestion axée sur les résultats (RBM) Compétences en collecte et analyse de données Excellentes capacités de rédaction et de présentation Maîtrise du français, anglais un atout Certification en suivi-évaluation ou gestion de projet un atout
