Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are looking for smart, articulate, and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly. Maintain proper records of customer interactions. Follow up with customers where necessary. Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum of HND / BSc Degree. Not more than 35 years old. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English. Customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage. Must be available to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Salary: N200,000 / month.
