Nous recherchons un médecin résident en médecine d'urgence pour renforcer notre équipe médicale au sein d'une organisation non gouvernementale active en Afrique francophone. Vous interviendrez auprès de patients adultes et pédiatriques, en assurant une prise en charge complète et de qualité.
Vos responsabilités incluront l'évaluation et le diagnostic des cas médicaux et d'urgence, la surveillance de l'état des patients, la réalisation d'examens cliniques et la prescription des examens de laboratoire et d'imagerie nécessaires. Vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre des plans de traitement sous la supervision d'un médecin spécialiste, et gérerez les situations d'urgence et les cas critiques, en participant aux procédures de réanimation lorsque nécessaire.
Vous assurerez le suivi post-traitement des patients et évaluerez leur réponse aux soins, tout en documentant rigoureusement les dossiers médicaux, les examens et les procédures effectuées. Une coordination efficace avec les médecins, le personnel soignant et les équipes infirmières est essentielle, ainsi que le respect strict des mesures de prévention des infections, des normes de sécurité des patients et des protocoles médicaux approuvés. Vous participerez également aux gardes et assurerez une disponibilité médicale 24 heures sur 24 selon le planning établi.

** : titulaire d'un diplôme de médecine et de chirurgie (MBBS ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une licence d'exercice médicale valide. Une expérience ou une formation clinique dans les services d'urgence est requise, ainsi que la capacité à gérer des situations d'urgence et des cas critiques.
