Ecobank recrute un Fixed Income Trader. Le poste est classé au niveau 6, grade 3A. Le titulaire devra être disposé à travailler sur l'ensemble du territoire national.
Rôle : Assurer le trading de titres (bons et obligations) sur les marchés primaire et secondaire pour les filiales de la CEMAC, dans le respect des réglementations approuvées et des directives internes.
Responsabilités principales : Exécuter la stratégie de trading Fixed Income au quotidien ; suivre et analyser les mouvements et tendances du marché obligataire (capacité à détecter les variations de la courbe des taux) ; négocier les titres du marché primaire dans les limites approuvées ; produire des rapports quotidiens sur les activités de trading (positions, limites, valorisations).
Tenir informés les parties prenantes internes et externes de l'évolution du marché (fluctuations des cotations) ; négocier les titres sur le marché secondaire ; établir et maintenir des relations solides avec toutes les parties prenantes clés internes et externes ; gérer tous les rapports administratifs et la documentation ; publier périodiquement des rapports de données de marché sur l'activité de trading.
Responsabilités : Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée. Le titulaire relèvera du Responsable Régional du Fixed Income.
: Bac+3 minimum en Finance, Management, Banque ou Comptabilité ; solide compréhension des pratiques et réglementations bancaires ; fortes aptitudes numériques ; capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais stricts.
: Être autonome et capable de travailler de manière indépendante.
Expérience : Une expérience en trésorerie, marché monétaire ou trading est préférée ; capacité à identifier les opportunités.
