Présentation du poste
Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe Décisionnel, Bénin Digital recherche un Concepteur Décisionnel sénior H/F afin d’intervenir sur plusieurs projets liés à la conception, à la validation et au déploiement de solutions décisionnelles. La mission s’inscrit dans un environnement exigeant, nécessitant une forte autonomie, une bonne compréhension des enjeux métiers et une capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes projet, métier et IT.
Responsabilités
Les responsabilités incluent :
- Piloter les phases de conception fonctionnelle et applicative des projets décisionnels.
- Rédiger les dossiers de conception applicative pour garantir leur clarté et conformité.
- Analyser les besoins métiers et les traduire en spécifications techniques.
- Organiser et exécuter les tests de validation pour garantir la réalisation des objectifs.
- Assurer le suivi des plannings et remonter les alertes de manière proactive.

Expérience
Expérience confirmée en conception décisionnelle, idéalement dans le domaine de l'assurance ou des environnements métiers complexes orientés données. Capacité à rédiger des livrables projet et assurer la coordination entre parties prenantes.
