Intalma AB recrute un Consultant National pour finaliser le Document d’Analyse Prospective des Programmes de Santé au Sénégal pour la période 2026–2027. Cette mission s’inscrit dans une démarche de planification opérationnelle et stratégique.
Le consultant aura pour responsabilités de finaliser le document d’analyse prospective en intégrant les contributions multisectorielles et les données actualisées. Il devra examiner les documents existants, consolider les priorités, harmoniser les stratégies régionales et faciliter les ateliers de validation. En outre, il produira un rapport final structuré ainsi que des supports de communication.
Le poste requiert une expertise solide en santé publique et en planification stratégique, ainsi que d’excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation. Les qualifications exigées comprennent un diplôme de Master en santé publique ou dans un domaine connexe, un minimum de cinq ans d’expérience pertinente, une expérience en analyse et planification stratégiques, de fortes compétences en communication et en édition, une connaissance du système de santé sénégalais, une maîtrise des outils de conception numérique et une bonne maîtrise du français. Une connaissance de base de l’anglais est souhaitable.
