About The Role Seeking an exceptional finance professional with experience to strengthen the CFO’s office, driving strategic initiatives and turning complex data into decisions that shape Finance operations organisation-wide. Responsibilities Division Communications & Executive Support Lead the drafting and delivery of Finance Division communications, including decision announcements, priority rollouts, and key organisational cycles. Maintain the Division’s communications calendar and coordinate inputs, timelines, follow-ups, and actions with department leads. Prepare high-quality presentation decks, briefing notes, data summaries, and other materials for senior leadership. Translate complex data, analytical findings, and team inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable messages. Division Operations & Governance Coordinate the Finance Division’s governance calendar, including leadership meetings, quarterly forums, annual events, and other key planning cycles. Support agenda development, meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up on key decisions and actions. Monitor progress against divisional priorities and OKRs, identifying risks, dependencies, and areas requiring leadership attention. Maintain clear trackers and work plans to support effective coordination and execution across the Division. Strategic Projects & Problem Solving Own clearly defined projects and workstreams from planning through execution and delivery. Coordinate selected CFO- and Senior Manager-sponsored initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing blockers. Lead or contribute to high-priority cross-functional and ad hoc projects across the Finance Division. Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous challenges and develop practical options and recommendations for leadership. Analysis, Strategic Insight & Flexible Resourcing Conduct research, benchmarking, data synthesis, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop structured outputs, including summaries, frameworks, financial models, and scenario analyses. Provide flexible support across the Finance Division during periods of peak demand, staff transitions, or extended leave. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities during temporary assignments, ensuring clear communication, continuity, and effective handover. For this role specifically, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. CPA or ACCA finalist. About 5 years of working experience in finance, strategy, consulting, project management, or operations, within fast-paced medium- to large organisations. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach. Familiarity with financial analysis, management reporting, and business decision-making is preferred. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities. Full professional proficiency in English, with strong written communication skills.
