] Une société du secteur industriel basée à Antananarivo recherche un(e) caissier(ère). Poste urgent.

[MISSIONS]

Gestion de la caisse :

  • Encaissement des paiements (espèces, chèques, TPE, M-vola, lettres de change)
  • Décaissement des dépenses selon les bordereaux visés par la direction
  • Enregistrement des règlements sur logiciel et tenue du brouillard de caisse
  • Gestion rigoureuse de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de la caisse

Opérations bancaires :

  • Préparation des versements (espèces, chèques, traites, M-vola)
  • Préparation des documents pour signature (chèques, lettres de change)

Reporting et suivi :

  • Compte rendu quotidien des versements coffre et banque auprès de la direction

Classement et administration :

  • Archivage des factures journalières et des bordereaux de versement
  • Distribution des allocations familiales au personnel

  • Niveau BAC minimum
  • 2 ans d'expérience minimum à un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Utilisation de logiciels de caisse (Sage, Odoo, Ciel PV)
  • Excellente habileté en calcul et rapidité d'exécution
  • Honnêteté, intégrité, vigilance
  • Sens de l'capacité à gérer les fortes affluences

[CONDITIONS]

  • 40 heures par semaine, modulables selon les besoins
  • Primes, cantine et 13e mois
  • Rémunération à négocier selon le profil
