AXIS Sarl is looking for a Dietitian As part of the strengthening of its management and nutritional support system, AXIS PL Sarl is looking for a Dietary Cook to ensure the preparation of meals intended for the residence of the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – CI VIOLET Yaoundé. Attached to the General Management, he/she will have for main mission to prepare daily balanced meals, adapted to the recommendations and nutritional needs of the CEO, in strict compliance with the rules of hygiene, quality, presentation and food safety. The Dietetic Cook must also ensure a rigorous management of foodstuffs and supplies, as well as an effective organization of the kitchen and preparations, in compliance with the specific instructions related to the residence.

Main duties

• Develop daily and weekly menus based on nutrition recommendations and CEO preferences;
• Prepare meals in strict compliance with the rules of hygiene, food safety and presentation;
• Monitor the nutritional balance of meals (calorie intake, possible restrictions, specific diets);
• Manage food stocks (monitoring levels, anticipating needs, checking expiry dates);
• Establish purchasing lists and provide the necessary quotes for supplies;
• Ensure the proper preservation, traceability and rigorous use of kitchen products and equipment;
• Maintain the kitchen and workspaces in a state of cleanliness and impeccable organization;
• Report any anomalies, malfunctions or special needs to the Management;
• Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the living environment and habits of the residence.

Candidate profile

Education / Qualifications

• Training in cooking, hospitality, dietetics or nutrition (CAP/BEPC Bac+2 or equivalent);

Experience

• Proven experience in cooking/diet, preferably with a demanding clientele or in private residence;
• Good knowledge of nutritional principles and specific diets;
• Control of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent);
• Great rigor in the management of stocks and supplies;
• High sense of discretion, integrity and respect for the assets entrusted;
• Availability and schedule flexibility. Required qualities
