Bac minimum ; formation en tourisme, hotellerie ou secretariat appreciee
Experience de reception ou de relation clientele souhaitee
Bonne maitrise du francais, de l'outil informatique et de la saisie
Anglais operationnel fortement souhaite
Rigueur administrative
Elocution claire et sens du contact
Confidentialite et vigilance
Calme, diplomatie et aptitude au multitache
Integrite, respect strict de la confidentialite et excellente presentation
