Tuishi Companion, une organisation dont la mission est de permettre au plus grand nombre, en milieu rural comme urbain, d'accéder à un soutien médical avec dignité et de garantir à nos membres et à leurs familles une prise en charge décente de leurs dernières dépenses, quelle que soit leur situation financière, grâce à la mutualisation des ressources, recrute des Field Officers pour plusieurs localités de la région côtière du Kenya.
Les postes sont à pourvoir en CDI à temps plein et requièrent un diplôme de niveau Bachelor, Bac+3 ou équivalent (BA/BSc/HND). Les candidats devront être basés dans la région côtière ou prêts à s'y installer.
Les responsabilités incluent : enregistrer de nouveaux membres, éduquer les communautés sur les couvertures médicales, la couverture des dernières dépenses et l'enveloppe en nature, assister les membres dans les réclamations et les activations de services, et développer la présence de Tuishi dans les villages, les quartiers, les marchés, les hôpitaux, les églises et les lieux de travail.
Les candidats doivent posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations humaines, être motivés et capables de travailler avec une supervision minimale, et être passionnés par le service à la communauté.
Les postes sont disponibles dans les zones suivantes : Changamwe, Jomvu, Kisauni, Nyali, Likoni, Mvita, Kilifi North, Kilifi South, Kaloleni, Rabai, Ganze, Magarini, Matuga, Msambweni, Kinango et Lunga Lunga.
