KEY COMPETENCIES
Minimum of degree in marketing, Accounting, sales or equivalent field.
Must have 1 year experience in customer service care or data analyst.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel is a must. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ages between 25-35.
