PlutusFin Services, société spécialisée dans les solutions financières sur mesure à des taux d'intérêt abordables, recherche un caissier (Teller) pour rejoindre son équipe dédiée aux solutions de paiement. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de traiter les transactions des clients avec précision, de gérer les espèces, d'assister les clients dans les services de paiement et de garantir une expérience client de qualité.
Traiter les transactions des clients, notamment les dépôts, retraits, paiements de factures et autres services de paiement.
Recevoir, vérifier et remettre les espèces avec exactitude.
Tenir à jour des registres quotidiens précis des transactions et rapprocher les soldes de caisse.
Offrir un excellent service client et répondre aux demandes des clients.
Promouvoir les produits et services de l'entreprise.
Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des mesures de prévention de la fraude.
Identifier et signaler toute transaction suspecte ou tout problème opérationnel.
Maintenir la confidentialité des informations clients.
Préparer les rapports quotidiens de caisse et de transactions.
Qualifications et exigences :
Certificat de fin d'études secondaires (Grade 12) minimum.
Une expérience antérieure en tant que caissier, agent de mobile money, assistant bancaire ou agent de service client est souhaitée.
Bonnes compétences en calcul et en gestion des espèces.
Compétences informatiques de base (Microsoft Office et systèmes de transactions).
Excellentes compétences en communication et en service client.
Niveau élevé d'honnêteté, d'intégrité et de souci du détail.
Compétences clés :
Précision et attention aux détails.
Capacité à travailler sous pression.
Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Apparence et attitude professionnelles.
Capacité à gérer des informations financières confidentielles.
