Responsabilités principales :
Préparer et cuisiner des repas nutritifs pour les patients, le personnel et les visiteurs conformément aux directives diététiques, aux recettes, aux normes de portion et aux besoins des patients de l'hôpital.
Assurer une préparation et un service des repas rapides et efficaces tout en maintenant les normes de qualité requises.
Suivre les stocks et les inventaires alimentaires, réceptionner et vérifier les fournitures entrantes, et signaler les pénuries ou les articles périmés.
Maintenir des normes strictes de sécurité alimentaire, d'hygiène et de contrôle des infections pour prévenir la contamination et garantir un environnement de cuisine propre.
Assurer la séparation et l'élimination appropriées des déchets de cuisine conformément aux procédures de l'hôpital.
Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine, les diététiciens et les équipes hospitalières pour répondre aux besoins diététiques et nutritionnels des patients.
Qualifications : Diplôme en production ou gestion des aliments et boissons ou domaine connexe. Certificat valide de manipulation des aliments. Au moins 1 an et jusqu'à 3 ans d'expérience.
